How do I redeem the money back guarantee?

To apply for the IAMS Money back guarantee you will need to complete the following steps:

Step 1:
Enter your details in the fields below, read the terms and conditions and press submit

Step 2:
Within 24 hours you will receive a validation email confirming receipt of your refund request. Please take note of your reference number, you will need this

Step 3:
To make your payment as swiftly as possible you will need to send the following 4 items –
1. Your name, address and a 15+ word statement stating why you did not like the product.
2. Valid, itemised and original till receipt.
3. The barcode of the product you are claiming a refund. You will need to cut this off the back of the bag.
4. The reference number from your on-line application.

Without all of these items refunds cannot be made.

Step 4:
Once we receive these items we will process your payment. A cheque will be posted to you within 28 working days.




I received a rejection email how do I get my money back?

If the email stated that you did not return the correct proof of purchase or receipt you will need to submit a new order and resend your receipt/product.

If the rejection email stated that there was a problem with the bank transfer please call us on:
0161 947 3039 between the hours of 9.00 and 5.00, Monday to Friday where one of our advisors will be able to confirm you bank details.




Do I need to send my original receipt?

Yes, we will be unable to process your money back guarantee application if you do not send us the original receipt along with: Your name, address and a 15+ word statement stating why you did not like the product, the barcode of the product you are claiming a refund and the reference number from your on-line application. We will be unable to accept photocopies and scanned copies, altered, manipulated or cut receipts. Please ensure that the date of the receipt is clearly visible otherwise your application will be invalid.

Will I get my receipt back?

No unfortunately, we are unable to return any receipts. You can be assured that any sensitive information on the receipt will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.


I haven't received my money back?

Please allow up to 28 working days from the date you received your payment confirmation email. If your application has been unsuccessful you will receive an email explaining the reason.
